



- Pierre Willemse
- Director
- Pierre is a seasoned businessman with a wealth of experience in the financial and manufacturing industries. He completed his B.Compt (Honours) degree at the University of Stellenbosch and was admitted as a Chartered Accountant in 1996. He did his articles at Greenwoods in Cape Town before joining Moore Stephens in London, representing the company in remote and diverse international destinations on major audits, including Vladivostok in Russia.
- When Pierre returned to South Africa he became Financial Director at Van Leeuwen Pipe & Tube, and after three years decided to start his own company, Mirror Financial Services, where he was Founding Member and Managing Director. After five years he was lured back to the corporate world as Group Financial Director for the Rare Group, where he was instrumental in the growth successful listing of the Rare Group on the JSE. Thereafter he set up Lionsteel West Africa and in the capacity of the Group Financial Director and Shareholder became responsible for the full financial management of the company, external audits, compliance to relevant country requirements, financial structuring and tax affairs.

- Tiaan van der Bank
- Director
- Tiaan has 15 years’ experience in Information Technology with specific focus on large scale projects in the supply chain and manufacturing industries. Until 2012 he was Chief Information Officer at Barloworld Logistics. At Barloworld Logistics he held various positions during his 11 year tenure, including General Manager: Business Development, Process & Technology Executive and IT Director: Barloworld Logistics Africa.
- He started his career in IT at PFG Building Glass, a subsidiary of the PG Group, where he was a member of the SAP implementation team. He held the positions of Production Planning Manager and Business Information Manager before joining PPC Cement as Group Logistics Manager. Tiaan studied at the University of Pretoria where he received a degree in Industrial Engineering.

- Marisa Milne
- Key Accounts Executive
- After graduating with a Psychology degree from the University of Pretoria, Marisa started her career in the recruitment arena in 1995 with Cephas Computer Services, later named Crux IT (listed company). She gained valuable experience as a Recruiter and Sales Support Consultant before furthering her studies to obtain her Diploma in Comprehensive Programming from the Comprehensive Training Institute in 2000.
- In 2001 Marisa entered the IT arena as a Business / Process Analyst, employed by Crux on the Legal Aid Board Bytes Systems Integration project and then by Bytes Technology Group on the SARS E-Filing project.
- After four years in this field she decided to return to her “true love”, the recruitment industry and joined Time Quantum as a Sales Support Manager and Senior Recruitment Consultant, where she was employed until the end of 2012.

- Lisa Jasper
- Associate Accounts Executive
- Lisa has an impressive sales profile, having been on a sales path all her career in Management and Account Management roles.
- She possesses excellent business acumen and this is in large part to her having an intricate understanding of the management and business development of large and small accounts. Most of her career has been spent in the recruitment environment, with a predominant focus on Software Solution Companies and ICT Blue Chip Companies, spanning the last 12 years of her career. She has spent 18 years in the IT Solutions Industry, of which six years was spent at GijimaAst. This provided her with a thorough understanding of the solutions and software models of large organisations.
- Lisa is able to re-invent herself and hence has had a varied work career. She is a natural ‘hunter’ of new business, and this is indicative by her impressive track record of winning the ‘Sales Person of the Month’ and ‘Account Manager of the Year” awards on numerous occasions.
